I forgot to write in here yesterday. My doctors appointment went well. I got the note I need to reapply for insurance. He also went ahead and renewed the proscriptions that I have used up.
We picked Drake up from his Grandparents yesterday. I know he was only there over night but I really missed him. I enjoyed the quiet, but I missed the baby. He missed us too. When we got there he nearly sprang up into my arms.
We ended up going out for awhile yesterday, too. We went to drop of recycling. There were all kinds of people there, and in the rain too. It made me feel a little less doomed.
After we were done with that we went to the video game store. I found out that a used Nintendo DS is only like $75. That isn't all that bad. I thinking of saving up for one. I was going to buy one for Christmas, but went shopping to late.
Next we went to Half-price books. They have a 20% off sale right now. I bought three books, a board game, and a coloring book for my mother. She likes to color in books that have lots of little details. She really likes one's with Celtic designs. The one I got her didn't have anything Celtic, but it all butterflies, one of my mom's symbols.
Today we didn't do much of anything. I cleaned a little and made dinner, but nothing exciting at least. I joined a new RP about a week ago and am trying to come up with a new character. The Goddess of Recreational Drugs. I'm to the point where I have to write her history. Writing the history of recreation drug use suddenly seems like a homework assignment to me. *sigh* lol
