Well it's been awhile since I've updated this thing so better get crackin. We'll start off with the new job. Yes, working at the local grocery store in the meat department. It's a pretty nasty job actually, well just disposing of the rotten meat and cleaning up at the end of the day. Get this...my cleaning work day starts at 3 and ends at 8 and you actually clean for 5 hours straight and you barely get done in time. Is alot of work and all I can do is do it my best. My b-day came soon after the acquisition of my job and as luck would have it I had to work on my b-day. Well no party or presents...just a cake and the usual happy b-day from family the next day. I was a bit sad because all my close friends are elsewhere in the country, but I heard that a friend of mine who I graduated with had rented one of our rooms and was throwing a b-day party for himself. Well since I live just down the road I came over and everyone was glad to see me. We played Texas Hold'em. I lasted maybe an hour in the 15 man tourny but it was considered good because it was my first time. So I went to work the next morning at 7am to work in the morning for a change. I had gone to bed at 2:30....that didn't go so well...I performed my job but was very tired.

So I've been at the job for 2 weeks now and have gotten 2 paychecks. Not as much money as I wanted...but hey it's pocket change for when school starts which is pretty soon. Also people keep telling me that this girl named Emily at work likes me. So I'm not quite sure what to do to begin talking to her, but I smile and say hey and look at her whilst she looks at me from the back of the store. Guy I worked with informed me that everyone thinks I'm doing a great job. So that's pretty good. I hope I can keep it when school starts. Maybe just maybe I wont be so overloaded with homework that I can actually keep this job. It's either that or drastically cut my work hours. But it wouldn't be so bad if I pulled a gf from all this. Sounds pretty good actually. Well also I learned that two of my friends who have been together online for awhile and built a relationship finally met. It was a hit and so I give kudos to them both. I suppose I'm going to try and keep this thing updated once more, not that I think many people are interested in my life, but that I've found it's a great place to put my thoughts and that maybe it would motivate me to keep it updated.
