You are light when I am in darkness
You are my voice when I cannot speak
You are my eyes when I cannot see....

You hold me up to breathe
When I need help and cannot stand on my two feet
You are my angel who came to save me
But now that you are away I miss you so...word cannot say....

I feel lost without you by my side
I wish I could turn back the hands of time
Just see your face one more time
I wish I could see your eyes looking at me when I am shy....

I miss your smile and laugh
I miss your arms to hold me close
So close we can feel each other's hearts beat....

I miss the way you held my hand
Oh, how I wish I could turn back the hands of time
I know I cannot stand alone, for I need you by my side
I need your hand in my hand as we walk....

I shine when I am with you
How great you are; how I wish I could see you one more time
My love for you grows thicker every day, and you know it
Most think we are just young lovers, what do we know....

But they can't see how much I am in love with you
They see me try to put it into words, but I cannot speak
So I write it; I still cannot put it into words....

One thing I can do- is follow my heart
My heart is always my truest guide

I think of you and I can do anything I feel
I feel like I can be free and not worry if we'll be together in time

like you did when I needed strength....
