Kai walked into his room, "What the...Was it...about me?" Kai fell down on his bed, "There's no way her poem was about me...was it?" He pulled out his phone and called Aiko, "Hey, Ko. I need to ask you something..." Aiko smiled as she looked out her window at his house, "Yes? I have a feeling it's about that poem...Yes! The poem is about you." Kai sat up and ran to his windown. He looked at Aiko, "Thank you so much, Ko. I really appreciate it." He hung up and ran downstairs to eat his dinner. After dinner he went back and and formulated a plot to tell Aimi that he felt the same way. He couldn't come up with an idea so he called Isamu, "Hey, I need your help..." Meanwhile Aimi was sitting on her bed listening to her mp3 player. She looked out her window at Kai's house. All she could think about was how perfect he was. She settled down to sleep.
Kai and Isamu decided to meet at the school late sunday night. They figured no one would know what they were up to, nor would anyone be at the school that night. They were a little late in getting there, and had to work fast. Kai looked at Isamu, "Are you sure this will explain the entire way I feel. I feel as if it only explains about a quarter of it." Isamu glared back at him as he continued working, "Ok then. If that's how you feel I have something to add. We'll be brushing on the sun if we don't hurry though." Kai smiled and got back to work. They worked double as hard just to get it through. When they were done they admired their work and began to walk home. They got home with and hour to sleep before they had to get up for the bus.
Aimi, Aiko, Kai, and Isamu all got on the bus at Aimi and Aiko's house. The bus driver looked at them confused, but kept her mouth shut. She didn't want any crap to start. When they got to school there was a croud of people around the school. They were looking at something, but Aimi couldn't tell what. She ran up to the school, and spray painted on the entire front of the school was Kai's expression of his love. Aimi read it aloud, "Aimi Alese Ikari, I love you more than words can express. I'm still not sure this will, but I want to be with you for the rest of my life! I hate having to go to my house, and be away from you. The distance may be short, but it feels so long. I want to be yours forever and ever! No one can ever stop how much I love you."
