So, I wrote a new poem and it originally dedicated to my buddy Danny. I'll let you guys read it. Here it is:
'Waiting'
I've been so lost without your love
But I try to keeping moving on
Not letting the tears fall from my eyes
Calling you, writing you, thinking of you.
Too much time has passed us by
We're both hoping and waiting
For time to stop as we hold each other
Fading into a wonderful world.
Watching and waiting as time goes by
Moving so slowly, just dripping away.
Hoping for happiness with you
Letting time pass by.
Anxious for your love and dreams
To smile and hold you with me.
We're both waiting for the next time
Were we can both be flying.
I'll be waiting for you and all your joy
Waiting for time to stop
I'll be waiting for the all the hope
Waiting to hold on to my everything.
Time keeps going, but ever so slowly
Will we want to speed things up?
Or just patiently keep waiting?
Time ticks onward slowly anyways.
Soon after waiting those painful seconds
We shall be with each other.
We will not need to wait any longer
All this waiting is only making us stronger.
