Woo! I'll actually update with goings-on instead of rambling =)
Todaaayy around 3, Alex and Fletcher picked Kayleigh and I up, and we all drove to Bea's house. Bea got in the car, and we followed her family to Davenport. The only place I ever go there is the mall, so I had no clue where we were going. It was cool =))
We all parked and walked around till we found the stagie area. Alex and Bea eventually went to practice and change, so Fletcher Kayl and I stood/sat/moved around and were all dying of heat and just being our awesome selves.
After some little kids did a play and some more danced around, we watched our beautiful duo dance 'round and look just... I dunno, so mysterious and awesome D: It looked like something from Cirque, minus the moments of "Eww, how... why... people aren't that bendy!" Then after a few others, Bea had her solo. Her dress was all blowing in the wind, and she looked soooo pretty and gracefully wow =) I'm so proud. <33 Watched the rest of the performers - mostly little girls twirling batons which made Fletcher wince at the thought of one hitting a member of the audience.
Then we kinda walked around, and watched the Quad City Cloggers! Omigosh! I had no clue what clogging was. I want to be a clogger now =D Then we walked back to the car. BUT! On the way, there was this fountain! Like some tiles, and a bunch of water fountains shooting up. There were kids playing in it, and Alex and I just stopped and looked at each other and went in xD I almost fell o-o; Then Alex is all "lets hold hands and run through!" SO MEAN.. he totally pulled me into the water and I got soaked u_U But he made it better by stepping into one himself. So we were both all wet and cold. It was pretty.
THEN let's see. We had reservations for Olive Garden in an hour, so went to Barnes and Nobles to kill time. Looked at music, then walked to the restaurant.
Dinner was sooooo yummy. I had breaksticks of course!! They are the best ;B Fletcher is gonna learn to make them, and I'm moving in with him so Alex and I can get fat. So fat we can't stand =( We'll just have an oven and a couch and tv. :3 The whole time, Alex and I were still wet. I only had a tanktop on, and I was FREEZING, I tells ya. At least there was warm bread. And I also haddd Chicken Alfredo Pizza, which I could only eat 1/3 of since I'd eaten too much other stuff, and 2 glasses of Sprite.
We walked back to the car, stopped back in B&N and Alex and Kayl bought some stuff. Then we dropped Bea off at her house, warmed up in her house and gave hugs and stole Alex's shirt >_>;;
We were all just sitting quiet in the car listening to music and almost falling asleeeeeep when stupid police lights came on behind us D: And we were all wtf? =) "Your headlight is out" He said =0 and we knew it was fine when we left Bea's so it was weird. But we all gave him IDs and crap, and then he took FOREVER looking up stuff and writing crap and being policey. Plus I was all tiredsilly and trying not to be rude or stupid D: But finally he let us go, and we went home.
Then I got home and put leftovers in the fridge and got dressed and got into bed and turned on the computer and typed this. THE END
