my first character:
short ragged green hair,black bandanna, and a bear-tooth necklace.
he is medium height wit average build.
he is the assistant captain of the secret 14th squad.

Zanpakuto: Yu Bashiri (running snow)
when unawakened it is a plain katana with a blue hilt and sheath.

when released:
when released with the words "cascade from the heavens Yu bashiri"
the hilt guard takes the likeness of a snowflake and the blade gets longer and wider at the top.

abilities:
the blade can dissolve into countless flakes of snow, change the weather to create more snow to control, and attack from any direction.

BANKAI:

snow forms into a giant snow bird with wings of ice
it can separate into more birds and freeze anything they come into contact with instantly.
