Guess it's time to give my bow.
For criticism is one less thing for me to fear.
How do you, if I may ask,
Make poetry so darn fast?
To make this I thought for almost an hour
and now I... umm...wow...I'm bad at this...Must go take a shower?...Oh I give up.
How do you do poetry so quickly? Do you just practice a lot or is it just natural?
"I've practiced for hours," is what I could say,
But I'd be telling you a lie that way.
"I'm just flowing words," is my answer in honesty,
But I'd prefer to lie in modesty.
But yes- hours of work are the key.
For one with much less boredom than me.
You could start with something quite basic,
Then later move onto a harder trick.
But if that trick is just too hard,
It's quite possible you were not born a bard.
But don't let that drain you of glee,
For you may be a scientist- unlike me.
And if I were to keep track of time?
I would say, "Two minutes passed while making this rhyme."
