Somebody quit a guild today, my favorite guild. MisFit Central. I tried for 20-30 minutes to get her to come back, but she won't. I had to give up. gonk I feel like I failed the guild, since I am a mod there... sad It's not my fault, but I feel like it is...

	Problem is..you make it "all about the guild"...you "failed the guild"....ppl like me know that its never about how someone like me feels..its usually about how someone else feels or the guilds reputation. ..but you will make a good employee one day.

	Hey man, don't feel bad. As one of the top three, I especially feel bad when things like that happen. sighs I know how you feel, but you shouldn't worry about it. Its not your fault. I still feel bad for the banning of two of my friends... But I know it has to be done. They broke the rules again even after they personally promised to me that they wouldn't. So I don't feel as bad, but I still feel bad. But really, you shouldn't worry about it. Its just a guild... At least you will still be able to talk to them. 3nodding See ya around!

	Burenden, please listen to Ralph. It never has been about the guild, it is always about a persons feelings, at least that is how it has been with me. You failed at nothing!!! You are a great person and you tried but unfortunately it didn't work. You can't force people to do something they don't want to do. In fact that is one of the reasons I left MisFit Central myself as captain and owner and turned it over to nikelz and Ralph. I saw people ignore other people and their feelings. I saw people pick favorites and walk away from friends. That kind of stuff has been happening for awhile but I couldn't get anyone to listen to me when I tried to tell them. I created the guild for people who were left behind and needed or wanted friends, somewhere they could come and make friends but I saw first hand how people either didn't want to or just ignored those that were there. I don't blame Bergi for leaving, she was one that got left behind and it wasn't right or fair to her. There are others as well. I hope Nik and Ralph can turn MisFit Central around with your help and turn it into the guild I intended it to be but it isn't mine any longer, I really don't want any part of it for those reasons. It became time for me to move on. Someday I may come back but I myself don't know. Please just don't blame yourself and call yourself a failure because you tried and that is what matters. You have been a great moderator and a excellent friend and for that I personally thank you. heart

	Burenden, it is not your fault she left, she did it on her own will, i felt horrible after i got hacked by my own friend, i felt so horrible and then he got banned, you have no idea how he turned his back on me and betrayed me and i feel horrible. She moved on. You didnt not fail, how can you fail if you didnt even start something. Well, i just hope you get over it.
