Urayamashii Okonai - Envious Act
An ability unique to Jishin, which he developed through years of feeling uncared for and unwanted. Urayamashii Okonai or "Envious Act" allows Jishin to perfectly take the form of nearly anything, organic or non organic, and keep it for as long as he pleases. He can also perfectly disguise his voice, fooling even the most clever shinobi into thinking they are conversing with their friends, while it is actually Jishin. By using this ability Jishin can become the perfect spy, gathering information from all over the world by looking like a member of his targeted village. However, in order to transform, Jishin must first see and/or hear the original target or a variation of the target. Unlike the Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique), Urayamashii Okonai can only be dispelled by Jishin's own will. Even powerful Doujutsu such as the Sharingan cannot see through it's guise as it isn't an illusion but an actual change.

Mikon Netami or "Wild Envy" allows Jishin to fuse a single part of one of his many forms to his common form. For example, he can sprout the wings of a raven from his back. The chakra required to keep this part attached depends on it's size.
Summoning Techniques:
Ryuuga - Glacier Dragon
Ryuuga is one of Jishin's personal summonings. It's skin is so cold that it can instantly freeze anything it comes in contact with. It can fire long shards of ice from it's mouth to impale the opponent. It is believed to be one of the many emotional pieces of Jishin's true form.
Karyuu - Volcanic Dragon
Karyuu is one of Jishin's personal summonings. It is said to be so hot that it will incinerate anything that comes within five ten of it. It can pepper the opponent with fireballs shot from it's mouth, leaving them with third degree burns all over. It is believed to be one of the many emotional pieces of Jishin's true form.
Ryuusai - Sky Dragon
Ryuusai is one of Jishin's personal summonings. It can soar so high that it can no longer be seen from the ground. It can also create powerful gusts of wind by flapping it's wings which are capable of leveling mountains. It is believed to be one of the many emotional pieces of Jishin's true form.
Kuryuu - Dark Dragon
Kuryuu is one of Jishin's personal summonings. It's skin is so dark that it cannot be seen during the night. It can fire black spines from it's mouth and skin which can pierce steel. It is believed to be one of the many emotional pieces of Jishin's true form.

Biography:
Jishin's past is unknown to all but himself. He grew up in the eastern region of Konohagakure, where his father and mother worked as the owners of a bakery. Jishin was only four years old when the entire region was overrun by shinobi from Iwagakure. When the shinobi arrived at Jishin's door his parents blocked the way. The shinobi simply shoved them aside and grabbed Jishin by the wrist, pulling him to his feet. They told his parents that they were recruiting for the Iwagakure army and they were ordered to get the young ones, as they would be easier to trun into mindless killing machines.
Jishin's father, his eyes blank with rage, punched the shinobi in the face, knocking him unconcious. Seconds later another shinobi appeared in the doorway, stabbing a katana through Jishin's father from behind. As his father dropped to the floor, drenched in sweat and blood, Jishin let a single tear roll down his cheek. His mother then grabbed a knife from the table behind her and, in one spin of her young body, hacked through the shinobi's throat, killing him quickly. Jishin then blacked out, watching the shinobi's blood fall over him.
He rose minutes later in the office of the Hogake, Sarutobi. When he looked around he immediately noticed that he had been cleaned of the shinobi's blood. He then saw Sarutobi staring at him from across the room. He lifted his head slowly and asked about his parents. Sarutobi calmly explained that both of Jishin's parents were killed. Shortly after his mother had slashed the throat of the second shinobi the entire house had exploded. It had been covered in explosive tags by the remaining Iwagakure shinobi, which had been released seconds after. He explained that, if he hadn't gotten Jishin out, he would have died. The war with Iwagakure had begun.
From that day forward Jishin lived his life shrouded in envy and loneliness. He developed an undying hatred for Iwagakure and, in order to purify it, became a fine shinobi. At some point in time he abandoned Konoha to search for the reminants of Iwagakure's threats. He also developed his own original technique and, as such his true identity and age remains known only to him. His most common form is a fifteen year old boy with long green hair and sharp indigo eyes.
