So... As of late its getting more and more difficult to talk. The muscles around my jaw have tightened making it extremely if not painfully difficult to open my mouth any more wider than my pointer and middle fingers put together (the width of them just above the little knickle thing below the knuckle) I cant open my mouth and its the result of this syndrome that i have called Temperomandibular Joint Syndrome (tmj).
Right now im waiting for my mom to tell me what we are going to do becuase this is retarded. I looked up in one of her medical books that they will do one of two things.
One they will incert a needle into my jaw in the joint area to relax the muscles.
the second is surgery. Dude.. ive let this tmj go on for four years so im pretty worried that they would lean more twards surgery becuase of how long ive gone on with it.
I admit im kind of scared.
