Today, after I bought my schmezzy Phoenix Circlet, Mom asked me if I wanted to go to the mall. I said sure. Not wanting to waste all my money, I put $20 in my emergency money envolope upstairs in my room, and kept $30 some-odd for the mall.
First we walked through J. C. Penny and I saw these sexy sunglasses but they cost $10 and I wanted to save my money of B. Dalton (the book store) I also wanted to go to Hot Topic because on our class trip to the Maine Mall I saw some awesome Fullmetal Alchemist Keychains at their Hot Topic.
So then we went to S'Barros, the Italian Eatery in the mall, and got two slices of cheese pizza, two breadsticks with the dip, and a Mountain Dew for me ( mrgreen ) and a water for Mom.
After we ate we decided to walk off all our food in Filene's. We looked around (I was excited because now I can finally shop for earrings, although I didn't get any, just looked at them) then we went up the escalators which we hadn't been able to do for awhile because Mom always had Thomas in the stroller with us and we had to take the elevator. Upstairs we looked around some more and I saw some sexy (and expensive) Pink Panther pajamas (which I obviously didn't buy)
Then we went to B. Dalton and I saw some of those new CMX mangas but I didn't buy any because I wanted to save my money. Instead the only thing I bought was the 7th Guardians of Ga'Hoole book (they STILL don't have Pendragon: The River's of Zadaa in paperback, damn them!)
Then we went to Dairy Queen and got two Hot Fudge Sundaes, which I polished off quickly (Mom took awhile to eat her's)
Then I dragged my mom into Hot Topic (she'd never been in there before, which I thought was because she hated it and would forbid me to go in there but I guess not) In there I saw the most amazing things. First, I went looking for the FMA Keychains. All I saw was one of Al. Then I started to look at their shirts, and to my surprise I saw a Teen Titans shirt! (And right here it is that I feel the need to tell you that that shirt is NOT the best shirt ever, for it is a shirt for guys, not girls like myself.) I couldn't belive they actually had a Teen Titans shirt in Hot Topic. That show is for 6-11 year-olds! Not that I care, but other people do. Then I saw a Fullmetal Alchemist shirt and I wanted to get both shirts but then I noticed that they were for guys. Then I turned around and saw the shirts that were for girls, and there before my eyes was THE BEST SHIRT EVER! mrgreen It's a Fullmetal Alchemist shirt that had Ed and Al on it inside this bubble. Ed, Al, the outline of the bubble, and the words "Fullmetal Alchemist" are all, get ready for this... PINK! mrgreen The rest is black. I knew, in that moment, that I HAD to have that shirt! And I do have that shirt. ^^
