Well, you know every year you have one of those new year relovtions? The past year ago I decided to lose weight. I can say that its been one of the hardest things I have ever done. I am slgihtly over weight but i don't consider myself to be fat...
Well anyway, I started the dite off well but like ever dites you lose trake of youself and you realize you have to get back on it. I manage to lose about...11 pounds off. I was at 222. Thats a lot consisering that i refuse to lose it all at once. I want to lose slowly so when i am done with the dite it will be more of a life change so this won't happen ever again. I know what made me gain the waight. Three long years of a depression. Thats beyond the point. The point is that i am working to get myself back into shape. I am doing a scale back alabama thing. I hope by the end of this I will lose another ten pounds. My goal deep down really is to lose more then just ten pounds. ....I would like to get into a bathing sute again and not be worried on how I look.
Anyway, I hear girls state this line all the time. "The only way to lose weight is to stave youself." Girls let me state this. That statment is WRONG! Here let me state the truth. MODERATION MODERATION MODERATION! Lose all the cokes, lose all of the junk food and start eatting heathy. I mean would it hurt for you to go and drink your daile amont of water? How about this idea? Get off your butt and go outside and walk. You know fresh air? Sweating a little never hurts anyone. I joined a gym. Thats how i excersise. Let me tell you...I feel great after words...
