The Kineta clan was one of the original clans of the mythical Saidogakure (Village Hidden in the Sky). The clan members were masters of all wind style jutsu and most earth style jutsu. They also posessed the feared Kasaigan (Green Eyes of Gale) Kekkei Genkai which they used to take out many an army in their glory days. The clan thrived in Saidogakure for over fifty-five hundred years until the day they were entirely wiped out by one of their elite members. All except three members perished in the assault and the ones who survived were all sent to Sunagakure, all but one (Kaiosou) who was sent to Konohagakure. The remaining members of the clan now travel the deserts of Sunagakure, searching for the remains of their lost village.

Kekkei Genkai: Kasaigan (Green Eyes of Gale) [Lvl 1]
The Kasaigan is normally awakened around the age of late twelve or early thirteen. Once activated the user's eyes will warp into an animalistic appearance, turning green and contracting the pupils. Keeping the Kasaigan active past it's first activation costs a substantial amount of chakra and can sometimes cause a premature death in a Kineta clan member. There are three levels to the Kasaigan:
Level One: The first stage of Kasaigan allows for spontanious manipulation of the wind element as well as the ability to see wind as ribbons of blue and green. The user may be easily shifting the winds one mement and in the other moment may find themselves straining to keep their grip. The activation of this stage for the first time costs a substantial amount of chakra and costs nothing to keep activated from then on.
Level Two: The second stage of Kasaigan allows the user full wind manipulation and also veils them in an intangible force field of wind. If any outside source tries to break through it will be cut to pieces by the twisting winds. The activation of this stage for the first time costs an incredible amount of chakra and costs a small amount to keep activated from then on.
Level Three: The third stage of Kasaigan allows the user to intensify and weaken the air pressure in an area and also grants them the ability to do any wind style jutsu without hand seals. It costs a little more than the second level to activate for the first time and a small amount to keep activated from then on.
Heruzumi Kasaigan: The final and forbidden stage of the Kasaigan. Once activated the eyes blaze of red and blue chakra. The Heruzumi Kasaigan (Hellbound Green Eyes of Gale) is obtained by slaying your strongest teacher, your brothers or sisters, and your best friend. Also, a sacrifice of ten A-Ranked shinobi must be offerred. The Heruzumi Kasaigan grants the user the ability to control the wind element to the point where he or she can nullify any wind technique used against them and send it back at their opponent with one-hundred times the force. It also allows the user to cut off the flow of chakra to the area that awakens their opponent's Kekkei Genkai. Doing this effect however will nearly completely drain the user of their chakra and will automatically deactivate their Kasaigan for an entire week. Any attempt to activate the Kasaigan before the week-long period could result in instant death.

Ninjutsu Techniques:
Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique): Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique): Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique): Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.
Kage Kubi Shari no Jutsu (Shadow Neck Bind Technique): Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique the clan member will first bind their target using the Kage Mane no Jutsu technique. Once the target can no longer move, they form the needed hand seal to initiate this technique. The clan member uses their shadow to form a hand which will creep up their opponents body to their neck. Once the hand reaches the neck, it will constrict in such a manner so as to strangle the opponent. However, the clan member will need to be careful. If their target has a lot of chakra, they can turn back the shadow hand and prevent it from binding their neck.
Kage Mane no Jutsu (Shadow Imitation Technique): Kage Mane no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. It's original purpose was as a skill to help delay any pursuers. After forming the needed hand seals, the clan member is able to manipulate their shadow along any surface. By using other nearby shadows they can further extend the reach of their shadow, however they are limited to the surface area of the original cast shadow. Once the clan members shadow reaches the target shadow, it will attach itself. While attached the target will be frozen, only able to replicate in mirror form the actions of the clan member. If the clan member is low on chakra, the Kage Mane will falter and the shadow will return to its normal form.
Kage Nui (Shadow Sewing): Ninpou: Kage Nui is a Ninjutsu technique developed by the Nara clan. To perform the technique the user will first form the needed handseal to extend their shadow. They will then change the handseal to cause the shadow to emerge from the ground in tendrils. The tendrils can extend and whip about and are strong enough to pierce nearby targets.

Biography:
Sora was born near Konohagakure, son to Kaiosou Kineta and Anna Nara. He cannot remember much about his parents as Kaiosou left when he was two to go on a journey of some sort and never returned. His mother, Anna was beautiful and caring. She tought Sora the Nara family techniques before enrolling him in the ninja academy at age ten. He failed his first year through for failing to learn the academy ninjutsu but passed his second year, learning the academy jutsu and creating his own specialty genjutsu. He is now a Genin of average skill and trains for the day his father returns to Konohagakure so that he may challenge him.
