Personality: He is a normally friendly and amiable person, but he bears a hotblooded streak that makes him competitive, as well as an almost violent passion when it comes to protecting those he cares about. He is laid back most of the time otherwise.

Sutiiven ususally uses this as his secondary blade for dual weild attacks, but it can be used as his main combat weapon if need be. Strange runes are engraved in the blade. (Element: Ice)
Tertiary Weapon: Kunai - Simple dagger like weapons designed for easy throwing. One skilled in their use could easily throw more than one at a time. Sutiiven ususally carries 15 to 45 at all times.
Armor: Clothing - Sutiiven does not wear any special armor, and bears only simplistic clothing with no defensive properties. This removes any limitations of movement related to armor, raising his attack strength and speed at the detriment of his defense.

Skills -
Weapon Proficiency: Sutiiven is a quick learner, and therefore he has gained the ability to weild any weapon normally weildable by a human with exceptional skill. Anything not weildable by humans normally is out of his ability, as their complexity and sometimes size are more than even someone with Sutii's gift can handle.
Unarmed Combat: Sutiiven is skilled in the basics of Ju-jitsu and other martial arts, giving him the ability to fight when a weapon is not available. His strength is significantly lower since most of his abilities are weapon based, but the advantage of being able to still defend one's self unarmed is too great of a skill for Sutii to pass up.

Sword Rain: Sutiiven takes multiple kunai and hurls them all at the opponent. Accuracy and Power varies from a sparatic scatter to a focused arrow depending on number of kunai thrown and range. (Usually in these incriments: 3, 5, 7, and 15, as well as 30 and 45 on rare occasions.) (Charge: 1 Turn)
Reverse Cross Slash: Sutiiven launches two quick slashes at the opponent in a X form as opposed to a regular + form. (Charge: 2 Turns)
Delta Drive: Sutiiven attacks three consecutive times in attempt to damage and possibly force an opponent backwards. (Charge: 3 Turns)
Vicious Impale: Sutiiven takes aim, then rushes the opponent, attempting to impale them. (Charge: 4 Turns)
Sword Dance: Sutiiven takes both swords and attacks in an elegant dance, attempting to slice and dice opponent. (Charge: 5 Turns)
Arc Impulse: Sutiiven unleashes charged energy in a full speed rush, and attempts to shred opponent with both swords in a Cross Slash.(Charge: 7 Turns) (Spiritual Ability)
Final Flash: Sutiiven combines the of power of all abilities and unleashes all stored energy in an attempt attempt to cut the opponent asunder. (Charge: 10 Turns) (Spiritual Ability)

History -
Sutiiven is a young seventeen year old Maverick, which is basically a high class mercenary. He also prides himself as an Adventurer who loves nothing more than a good quest to go on - especially if those quests involve some form of treasure. Money isn't everything to him, however, so he is willing to do things for the good of others without profit. He believes this free spirited nature to be an asset in his travels, and believes that he is a better swordsman for it.
Sutiiven was born on the outskirts of Latent, east of what is now Ilse de Gambino and north of Aekea. Soon after his birth, a fortuneteller predicted that he should one day become a great hero and swordsman. His father, uncomfortable with the idea that his son should be a better warrior than him without even trying, left his family in attempt to become unbeatable. To this day, Sutii still has a hard time speaking of the father who never cared for him. Sutiiven was only three when his family recieved word that his father had been killed in combat across the sea. Due to Sutii's mother's fear of him befalling the same fate, she forbade him to take up training.
But destiny would not allow for his training to be postponed forever, and eventually he was allowed to begin his training at the age of fourteen. He was a quick learner, despite his age, and by sixteen he was already creating his own custom sword style. After finishing his professional training in an astonishingly short 3 years, Sutiiven felt the pull of adventure calling him, and set out on his own.
Ironically, his first adventure lead to disaster, as the ship he was on sank in a storm. Waking up on the beach with a significant head injury, he traveled to a nearby town where he got medical attention and managed to remember his name, but nothing about his past nor his family. He soon learnt that he was in Barton Town, and that he had somehow managed to float to the Barton Coast in tact. Later, he would come to thank his training for his survival, as his body would have never been able to handle such abuse before he took it up.
When he well enough to travel safely, he wandered through the forests near Barton for a few days until he discovered a Ninja Treehouse - the home of Reiiji, the Ninja Kitty. After multiple weeks of Reiiji believing that Sutii was an assassin sent to kill him, the two became fast friends. Sutii and Reiiji made many bars and buisnesses as partners, occasionally even going on adventures, though that remained Sutii's passion as opposed to Reii's more laidback philosophy. The bar experiences allowed Sutii to make many friends and aquaintences, such as Rayce Sprydiah the Water Nymph, Alex Hunter the self proclaimed "Psycho b***h", and many more of Reiiji's friends. Eventually his travels and exploits led him to meet Sukiiko, his younger sister. Through countless hours of explanation and memory recovery techniques, the young cleric recently helped him remember his past.
His current weapons of choice consist of two light swords easily weildable in either one or two hands and multiple kunai. However, he can basically handle any weapon that is weildable by a human, a skill which his trainers, mentors, and even he is astounded by. He doesn't have any specific weaknesses, but his defenses are a little less than average, a downside of the offensive sword style he uses. He can also be easily beaten by his occasional bouts of cockiness that lead to dramatic (and often painful) consiquences. He is usually a friendly chap, but has something of a hotblooded streak.
Sutiiven's Hobbies include the previously stated combat and exploration, as well as bartending, gaming, gambling, sketching, eating, music, playfully harrassing Reiiji, and watching Reiiji and Rayce Spyrdiah fight time and time again. His Favorite Food is Pot Stickers.
Physical Description -
Sutiiven has long silver/grey hair that goes down to about the center of his back and blue/grey eyes. He wears black long sleeved shirt beneath a red jacket. He also wears black jeans and black boots. On his back is equipped his twin swords.
For the Heaven or Hell Tournament 2007, Sutii also wore the black shirt, black jeans, and black boots. However, instead of wearing his signature red jacket, he wore a black top similar to that of the "Black Musketeer Top" sold in the Barton Boutique.
