All and everything that forms my life; from music, friends, books, writing, and some few extra info about me
Judgment at the Desert
And as he felt the darkness touch his skin, his mind wander continuously. “When well they be satisfied.”

Joaquin had awaken two weeks ago from a five months sleep, while he slipped his spirit was summon by Deusuda. Who held him responsible for the lost of his eyes. Deusuda however didn’t warned him of the “accident” that had occurred while he sleep.

And that was, that his savior were a group of “Sand Bastards” a common slang in this Earth, for exile vampires that lived praying in the lives of those who felt to the deserts heat. And like any good vampire they had turned him into one of them.

Jambyn was there leader. Jambyn was Mongolian and son of a Khan of great power, he brought shade to his family be leading an army to China and losing everyman in fierce battle agents Chinese necromancers.

Jambyn like the others Sand Bastards wore many layers of clothes, to prevent the sun from touching there skin and like the rest he wore thick goggles over his eyes.

Jambyn was follow in authority be Persian-Roman failed crusader, Khosaru. Khosaru’s birth brought the wrath of the Fates, a child born of the passionate love of Roman woman and Persian soldier, Khosaru parents were sacrificed for there sins to Angra Mainyu, there souls trapped within a spiral of evil and destruction. Khosaru was given to a holy monastery, in the place of God he learned of the Crusader, man devoted in soul and body to the God of Abraham.

And so he become one of this men, but under a siege of war, he lost both his courage and fate an ran in feared of his life. Tortured with the idea that he let his friends to die, he took on repentances by becoming a priest, were he meet a blood-thirsty Pope who turned him into one of the undead.

The last member was Yili a Turk thief, who’s hands were burned in punishment. In his days within the prison walls, he was offer immortally and his hands back, a gift he didn’t not reject.

“We won’t make much progress under this sandstorm.” said Yili, the clothes that covered his body give him a sort of bulky look, with blue scarf, turban, gloves, jacket, and a sand cape that cover his body.

Sand capes were very important, to anyone else they looked like plain simple thick blankets, however to skill sand rovers like this men, they were essential. Wrapped around the mouth and covering much the body by it large expand, they could either be wrapped around or left to flow in the wind.

“Fine then at least we have plenty of food and water.” Khosaru’s garments were brown and stained with blood he also had no turban, instead a flat hat with veil around his face with gash revealing his piercing golden eyes.

“Yes…but we have no weapons.” said Joaquin. Most of his face was hidden under musty yellow bandages, while his head was cover in red bandana and red sand cape that wrapped around most of his body. In this past weeks he learned to use his skills as vampire to replace his lost vision.

“Why do we need weapons?” asked Yili sticking his head outside the dark cave to see if the sandstorm had die out.

“Because the Human Liberation Front needs weapons,” as this words all them flinched. The Human Liberation Front were more then exile in the eyes of vampires, this filthy creatures that called themselves “humans” were neither capable of sustaining a vampire do to there poisonous blood nor be turned into ones. In simple words they were obsolete.

“Are you subjecting we joined forces with them?” asked Jambyn in dark tone.

“yes by all means. If we don’t we well die, Duke has already spotted us and his sending a bounty hunter as we speak.” do to his blindness the Sand Bastards saw Jericho has a sort of oracle.

“We can take any-----”

Joaquin interrupted Jambyn before he could say another word. “He is no regular bounty hunter, we shall fall to his blade in no time.” he pointed at each one of them and drew a strange symbol in the floor.

“What you expected us to do then?” asked Yili still making sure the sandstorm was active.

“I want all of us to go outside now! There a man from another world arriving at least fifteen miles from here. My god has revealed that if this man were to assist us we have the upper hand on this bounty hunter.”

None of them questioned him, and as they venture outside they saw the bounty hunter approaching.

Jericho didn’t need eyes to sense it was Feuer who was coming, the heat was overwhelming. Like there previous encounter, he wore a suit of armor, this one being silver with cross design in it bucket helmet in order to see.

Joaquin! He lives!!
So, he's one of those Sand Bastards? That's an interesting twist on an old legend. And, all the members seem to have met some sort of ill-fate. surprised
But I couldn't imagine something with blood that could actually harm a vampire. o_o;;
And that bounty hunter at the end. I can't believe it. xp
