Personality: Ukime is a rather withdrawn girl, and she doesn't talk unless something is worth responding to. Either that, or in cases where she needs to let off some steam. But she is generally a quiet person, also rather humble. What she lacks in words, she makes up with her strength in fights. In other words, take it literally when it is said that she talks with her fists. Freedom is vital to her, and whenever this value is jeopardized, she will take no chance in letting it slip away.
History: Her village data has not yet been obtained, according to criminal records. She had grown up usually following the footsteps of her elders, thinking one day she would become the greatest nin of her village. She believed that she would rule her village as a gentle yet firm Lady Kage. However, things seemed to have changed as she reached the age of nine. It was when she discovered her strange ability to manipulate blood that she became a reject to her own clan. She was known as "demon child", and continued to be the rogue of her clan. This immediately took advantage of her emotions, and soon enough she had turned against her village. After massacring the majority of her people, she had abandoned the place she once called home, and set off to roam where she pleased. Bearing the Omoni upon her forehead, this crimson symbol is the mark her clan had given her when they had discovered her frightening powers. The Omoni was a sign of rejection and disowning of a child. This mattered not, but only offered her that much inspiration into becoming the most powerful shinobi. Period. However, throughout the years her asperations changed, and soon she formed her own nation; one that she could control without question. This nation would soon be call The Hidden Village of Shadow, and she, the Hokage.

Omote Renge (Front Lotus) - This technique puts a lot of strain on the user's muscle fibers, and is basically a suicidal attack. Normally, humans use the power of their muscles at only about 20 percent of their full power; the brain regulates muscle usage to ensure this, since any higher and the muscles will be damaged or destroyed. The Omote Renge requires the opening of one of the inner celestial gates- the Initial Gate, which releases the brain's regulation on muscle usage. The result is a much more powerful brand of Taijutsu than normal, but at the cost of damage to the user.

Suishibari no Jutsu
Description: A Genjutsu technique where the user appears to turn into water before their opponent's eyes, and then induces the idea that they have been caught and bound by a large stream of water from the ground that swirls around them, which the shinobi then emerges from for a swift kill. A variation of the Kishibari.
Mizu Taremaku (Illusionary -- Water Curtain)
Description: A curtain of water from a nearby water source (either body of water, rain or mist) sourrounds the attacker and the opponent making the latter believe he is trapped. The water starts rushing down, and this makes the opponent believe that if he rushes out, the water pressure will break his bones. As long as the opponent believes that he is trapped, the illusion will not be broken.
Mizu Taremaku : Ni (Water Curtain II)
Description: A higher version of the taremaku . The difference is that the opponent thinks that he is surrounded by raging waterfalls with a mist. The thundering sound and mist is heard and seen only by the opponent, dulling his senses.
Kiridoku(Poisoned Mist)
Description: The jutsu uses chakra to form mist around the opponent. The opponent then is made to believe that the mist is poisonous. This time around there is the scent of Kodoku a poisonous substance. There is a darker mist that sourrounds him and thoughts of death would be in the opponents head. The spell will only be broken once the opponent breaks the genjutsu's hold with kai. This would buy the attacker time to attack and escape.
Kekkei Genkai: Her bloodline ability is to manipulate blood. The blood she utilizes can form into weaponry or any miscellaneous items that can come in handy.
Dojutsu: Shigaigan (Violet Eyes) - Ukime's eyes have the ability to pick up and detect any heat radiation within a sixty meter radius as well as see through opaque objects, similar to the Byakugan. This allows her to sense another person in the dark, or anyone who is hiding behind solid objects. This helps her when in search of a kill, or when finding missing items.

Irura is typically a soft spoken individual, always verbally speaking whenever necessary, but always talking with her body. She keeps herself reserved, always having everyone around her at arms length. Despite this, Irura generally likes to laugh and have a good time. She doesn't get angry very easily, but when she is set off, she is uncontrollable; nothing is safe from her blind rage. Her sensitive eyes display all of her emotions, allowing anyone observant enough to read her feelings like a book.

No one knows exactly when Irura was born, all records of her birth were destroyed when her house -along with her family- was burned in the middle of the night from a hate raid by neighboring humans. Irura was fortunate enough to be spending the night at a neighboring house when this all happened, sparing her life.

Irura uses a long sword, forged by the Dwarfs in the Ocuilous Mountains to the North. She also uses a medium sized dagger, given to her as a gift from a team of Wood Elf's she had the pleasure of traveling with for a short time.
