I always remember around my birthday that from Astronomy class, there's a 13th Zodiac sign that I actually fall into. There's two names for it, the main one being Ophiuchus. Its nickname is the Serpent Wrestler. The date range is from Nov 30 - Dec 17. Another name for it is Serpentarius.
The main reason it's never been changed is the whole, 13 is an unlucky number thing as well as people aren't adapt to change so easily. Also, it would be rather difficult to break it up evenly into the four elements the standard zodiac is broken into.
It kind of makes me wonder if that's the true reason why I like snakes better than centaurs. Oh well, I'll just continue to be an archer.
