I've been eating a lot, trying to three times a day when I can. I wasn't sure how I was doing since I was avoiding the scale.
Anyways, today Ethan and I hung out and were saying goodbye and he took ahold of my hips and he said he could feel a difference. He said, "Hey Ricky you've been gaining weight. I'm so proud of you!" The way he smiled at me all happy and proud practically made me melt. It's really motivated me, I really feel like I can beat this.
