Ok, so the other day, my best friends and I went to our friend's party. She turned 18. We had to wear dresses because it was a fancy party. The location was kinda far though. So we had to look up for directions. Since my friend's computer is kinda slow, she asked me if I could get them for her since her dad was taking us. I did and guided us to the party. The party was alright. But there were mostly older people than there were younger people. lol So we sat at a table with other friends of ours and just talked the whole time. We got food - tortillas, some kind of beef, rice, and beans, which we finished because it was delicious! Then we got in line to get the drink. A guy, who looked like a Btitish man, was tending the drinks and when it was our turn, he asked my friend, "What kind of soda would you like?" Her answer? "Uumm, I want soda." We laughed hard that we almost dropped our plates. The guy laughed too. I was like, "Nah, really Ivonne!" After we got the drinks we went back to our table and ate. But my friend didn't like the tortilla because she said that it was too soft and it ripped easily. We were laughing as she threw the tortillas towards my plate. Man, that was funny.
After we ate, we were just sitting there talking as we have been doing. We were just looking al over the place and making fun of things that we saw because we were bored. Then the birthday girl comes up to us and tells us that she told some guys sitting on another table to ask us to dance. There were six of us and six of them. It was kinda funny because they didn't even dare ask us to dance. They were losers. lol I wanted to dance too, but nah. I was having a good time with my friends. We were dancing right there on our chairs. It was funny. But I think we were also weird because we tens to act kinda strange. lol But hey, that's us!
At one point we were acting so retarded that my friends kicked me! My other friend started by saying that she couldn't stretch her friends. But then my other friend said, "I could!" And right before I knew it she stretched her legs really fast and hit me and my friend! it was hillarious. After that, we started eating some of the chocolate that was on the table....also stabing it with a knife too. I'm telling you, we're weird like that! lol But we're cool like that too!
As the party started to die down, it was time for us to leave. It was more than 11 pm. My friend's dad was supposed to take us home. Everybody was leaving when our ride wasn't still there. Everybody was waiting for us to leave. It was wierd. Her dad got lost on the way to the party since it was kinda far from home. One of the security guards told us that he would have to take us home if our ride didn't get there because they were to make sure everybody got home safely. But we told him that our ride just got lost. So we waited for another few minutes as a guy gguided our ride to us. Then we saw him coming and we left. We were then talking about random stuff. It was a really fun day. I think we needed that. i'm hoping we could do something like this sometime again!
