‘Should I tell them?’ Keara thought looking at them.

Finally she said “Deidara is my brother so they come over a lot.” as she went back to her drawing coloring in the rest.

“What!!” they practically shouted as they looked at her to see if she was lying.

She just continued her drawing as they stared at her in shock.

Then she asked “Is it that surprising?”

They nodded and said “We never really expected he even has a sister.”

“Shows what you know about him.”

Then they decided to go back to their seats and just let the info sink in.

When the class finished the kids went to science next. When they entered their teacher Orochimaru was waiting for them, he looked very creepy like a snake. Once they were seated he spoke.

“Okay now I will put you into pairs for the experiment we will do today.”

Then he began to read the list he had made “First off is Sasuke and Sakura, next is Naruto and Hinata, then Keara and Gaara, then......”

As he talked Keara looked at him as if he was crazy. Why would she be paired with someone from the cool group. This teacher was crazy besides being creepy.

“Okay now get into your pairs and go.” he said before sitting down and watching his class.

“Hey Gaara try be her friend or something. Okay?” said Sakura as Gaara went to his partner. He nodded and went to sit next down to Keara.

Keara and Gaara did their experiment in silence, until Gaara spoke “So did you draw that picture?”

She just nodded as she poured in the ingredients into the beaker. As she placed it down Gaara grabbed her wrist and asked “How come I never really seen you before.”

“Because you people are too busy in your cool little world.” she hissed to him as she tugged her hand away from his hold. He looked at her as she continued to mix the concoction.

Before he could say something the bell rang and school was over. Keara then quickly ran out of the room before anyone could talk to her. She placed her books in her locker and then ran home, since she didn’t want meet anyone of Akatsuki or any of her brother’s friends. Also she didn’t want meet anyone from the cool crowd.

At Home

She made it home before her brother came, which was very lucky for her. She then ran to her room just incase they came just after her.

Once there she then turned on her computer. The teachers were really lazy about giving out homework. She decided to go on the chat room and give them a hint.

Musiclover1.0: Yep

Sanddemon21: So thats means you go to Konoha high ?

Musiclover1.0:Maybe, maybe not.

IluvRamen2.9: This is tough.

Musiclover1.0: I give you another one next time. Just remember every hint I give you okay?

Cursemark4.1:Okay. Seems like my brother went to a friend’s house. Finally alone time.

Shygirl4.1: My cousin went too.

Sanddemon21:My siblings left too.

Musiclover1.0: I have to go now bye.

Musiclover1.0 has signed out of the chat room.

Keara leaned into her chair sighing. This meant that Itachi, Neji, Temari, and Kankuro was coming over and if they were invited. All of the others were coming too. She poked her head out of the door and saw they didn’t come yet. So she quickly ran downstairs and made dinner for them.

Then she ran upstairs not wanting to talk to them. She surfed the internet until she heard the front door open. She could tell it was them because they were very loud. She had locked her door so No one could get in.

Then as she sat in sat in silence she heard a knock on the door. Then she heard Kisame’s voice through the door.

“Come out now Keara-chan. Come eat the food you made with us.”

She continued to surf the net ignoring Kisame completely. He knocked again hoping she would actually say something at least. He sighed then went back downstairs.

Once he was down there he said “She isn’t coming down you guys.”

“Do you think she even ate?” asked TenTen while putting food on her plate.

“No since the food was untouched when we came in.” said Neji

“Just leave her be. She’ll be okay.” said Deidara

They nodded and just began to eat.

In Keara’s room she sat down listening to her ipod. She really didn’t want to face them. They may be like family, but sometimes she just wanted to be alone. So then she went to her radio and put the volume on high and then climbed out of the window.

It was normal for her to blast her music so the older kids didn’t worry she’d leave or something. After Keara snuck out of the house she ran to the park to escape from it all. Once there she decided to swing on the swings.

She slowly swung back and forth listening to the sounds of nature. Keara stared at the moon and stars wishing she could touch one of them. She closed her eyes and slowly drifted between the sounds of the park and of the city.

Back in the house the older kids were still oblivious that Keara was missing.

As Keara swung on the swing in silence. Until Gaara walked into the clearing disturbing her peace and quiet. She looked up the very moment he came in, then she stood up and was about to leave.

Then Gaara said “Wait.”

She stopped and looked at him as he came toward her. Keara knew she should run, but something about him made her stay. Gaara stopped when he stood in front of her.

“What are you doing here?” he asked as he looked down at her.

“I just want to get out that’s all.” she said without looking at him.

He made her look at him and asked “Why?”

She stepped away from him and “Just because.”

Then she turned and ran back home. She climbed up the wall and into her room. Once there she decided to hang the picture she made that day. After that was done, she began to make another picture.

It had her in it with a wolf next to her with four tails, it looked like it was about to pounce and it had its teeth bared. Her clothes were blood smeared and her eyes had a dull look to it that was filled with blood-lust. She held a kunai in both hands. Blue swirls came off her body and she was smiling a cruel smile.

Blood was splattered across her face.

The picture was very realistic that it looked as if the blood would come off if you touched it. She put that away so that No one could find it and think something was wrong with her. She looked at the clock to find that it was10:00 pm.

She then turned off the radio and then went to bed knowing the others were still up. She fell asleep dreaming of that picture and what it meant.

The Next Day

Keara woke up and began to make breakfast for the others before they awoke. To bad they were wide awake the very moment they smelt the food. Kisame was the first one to enter and the others followed after word. She was so close to leave the room before Hidan and Tobi went and dragged her into the dining room.

She was pushed into a chair while the others started to serve the food. Kisame and her brother watched her to make sure she didn’t try to run. Once the food was served they began to eat the food.
Keara finished quickly and then stood up to leave.

“Where ya going tiny?” her brother asked. As the others braced themselves for her to shout or something.

“To school.” was all she said before leaving.

The older kids stared at her with surprise as she left.

“Is she sick?” asked the Leader

“I don’t know, normally she would yell at me” said Deidara

“We have to worry later, we have to go to school.” said Temari looking at the clock.

They nodded and quickly left to school.

Keara walked quickly to school hoping she wouldn’t bump into someone. Good for her she didn’t, she walked into the school and headed straight to her locker. As she pulled books from her bag the drawing she made last night fell out.

Gaara and the others passed her and noticed the paper on the floor. Gaara walked over and picked it up the minute she left, not even noticing them.

Gaara walked over to them and showed them the picture. They stared at it wondering what it meant. It seemed so realistic to them that they could actually see Keara like that.

“Why do you think she drew this?” asked Sakura they walked to home room. The others shrugged, they finally reached their class and entered the room.

They sat down and took their respective seats.

Keara sat down in the back feeling a bit under the weather. It felt as if someone was hitting her repeatedly in the stomach. Home room passed her like a blur.

After home room was PE. Everyone went to separate changing rooms to get into their P.E. uniform. The teacher was Gai, everyone stared in awe at his huge bushy eyebrows.

“Okay everyone we will play dodge ball. It is boys against girls, now go into your teams. And let the passion of Youth flow through you!” he cried startling some people.

As they went to their sides, Keara felt herself go more weaker. Though she was able to dodge the balls thrown at her. Suddenly as she stood in the back she felt her legs get weaker. Then all of a sudden her legs gave out and she fell.

She lay there so tired and ill. She could hear someone yelling to stop the game. She felt people surround her, but she really didn’t care.

“Move out of the way people.” called out Gai as he rushed to check on the girl.

After looking at her he said “Okay, um, Gaara would you please take her to the nurse.”

Gaara nodded and went to pick up the girl. She was extremely light so it wasn’t hard carrying her. He went out the doors and went to the nurse’s office. Keara felt herself in warm arms and lightly blushed when she figured out who it was.

Gaara ignored the warm feeling in his heart as he felt her stir in his arms. Finally they reached the nurse’s office. Gaara knocked with his foot and then waited for her to answer.

“Come in.” said the nurse.

“Shizune-sama I have my hands full.” he said

She opened the door and gasped “Oh then come in. Please set her gently on the bed.” she said as she stepped back to let him in. As she went around looking for something, Gaara then laid Keara on the bed and watched her.

Shizune came back and checked her temperature. “Oh she has a 103.5 this is bad. Gaara could you tell me what happened. He nodded and told her.

She sighed and said “Please watch her. While I get her brother, okay?”

He nodded and then she left. Gaara watched Keara breath in and out softly. Then she opened her eyes a crack and whispered “Where am I?”

“In the nurse’s office. You should rest now.” said Gaara as he made her lay down again when she tried to sit up.

Then he asked “I found another picture you drew. Though it disturbed me. Why did you draw it?”

“I really don’t know. It felt like I needed to draw it. Um can I have my drawing back.” she whispered.

“No, your brother needs to see this.” he said.

She nodded, since she was too tired to argue. Then the door burst open and her brother rushed in with Shizune close behind.
