Crooning swans with encapsulated hearts
Myths of wings with wax
I fell for the pomegranate seed
Crying in a fleeting dream
With and without the mirror in my hands
Hours ago, in a land of youth
I kissed you beneath the portal to hell
With branches screaming
Fire fire fire
And burning pieces of forgotten sky
My goddess has spent her life on those trees, aflame
Instead choosing to thrust herself into that void
Lying
Undaunted over a broken stage
With nothing but a frivolous kiss
The beginning connected with the end
Houses watching with smirks
Began to sink into their avarice
And, love, I never forgot
The day you chose to embrace blackened clouds
In the throes of illusions
And a twisted world.
