It hasn't been the best of days, though I've tried not to let it get me down. I found out my grandmother may have had a small stroke. Remember a few weeks ago when I took her to the ER? The doctor there said it was just some medication she was taking. Well, she hasn't taken that for almost a month now and she's feeling the same way again. Her doctor believes it was a stroke. I hope her doctor is wrong...
One of my birds died today. He died while I was holding him, which was difficult. I know... most people are going to say something like "It's just a bird." But a pet is a pet, and to me a pet is part of the family. Thor is going crazy, chirping, trying to get Loki to answer him.
Then, the happy news, I found out one of my friends had triplets yesterday. She's doing great, so are the babies. It's crazy. She's 22 and she now has four kids. Wow. At least this time the father is going to be there for her. He's even asked her to marry him. I hope that goes well for her.
