Well, I haven't been on. Sorry about that one, guys! Been pretty busy! But last weekend, I have an excuse for. My parent took me and my boyfriend to Las Vegas!
My dad and Andrew had a room and I shared with my mom. We took the soap. Shhh! Don't tell!
The first night we dropped off our things and went to Excalibur to watch the Tournament of the Kings. Andrew won us both some Penguins in the basketball game before we went to the show (him in a viking hat and me in a crown and lady's wand) We rode the ride at New York New York too and went to Excalibur for a while. (Inside joke for Drew: Walk me to the Oxygen bar!) We went to Luxor and rode there 3-D game.
We stayed at Buffalo Bill's and road Gold Rush- that was a blast! We went mainly for the STAR TREK EXPERIENCE! I was assimilated! Yay! The Klingon ride was more fun on the movement, though. You know, it's all 3-D and stuff...but assimilation was a blast. you hear all the voices...anyways...
You come out on the gift shop, where I bought a Tribble. Yay for Tribbles! It's dark brown. (No, I didn't have 64 by the time I got home. stare ) We ate at Quark's, where we met Quark and 3 of 6 (Borg there that was regaining his humanity. He wouldn't assimilate us!) They were playing Generations while we ate. I had a perfect view of the fight with Picard and Kirk and we ate right under the huge model of the Enterprise D. I ordered Data's favorite drink...they called it a "Data's Day" there.
From the ST experience at the Hilton we went to Circus Circus into the Dome and rode some rides. Then we went to Treasure Island (and did nothing.) Drew and I walked down the stip from there to watch the waterworks of the Belagio. It got dark just in time for the lights in the water to be up during "Ringing in the Rain" and the Paris lit up. From there we went to New York New York and rode the Manhattan Express and shot borg up in the Voyager token shooting game. We went over to the Luxor too and got suviniers and went to the museum. While my dad won over half the money he spent on the trip back with gambling and my mom went shopping at Mandalay Place me and Drew ate dinner (Another inside joke: BLUEBERRY muffin.) and then we left for good.
In short, last weekend was a blast!
