It's been a while since my last entry, mainly because there haven't been any big events, but here's whats been happening so far:

As I've said before my dad and I got an apartment a couple weeks ago and we're settling in pretty well. We didn't really have any furnature, or dishes, or cookware, or really much of anything except clothing, some bed sheets, and lots of books. My dad's friends and my own have stepped forward and helped immensly. Our kitchen is nearly completely outfitted, dishes, pots, pans, even appliances. We have a toaster! Oh and one of my dad's friends even gave us a whole bedroom set, true its almost all used items, but they're free and given in friendship. I have a lot of thank-you-notes to write and I'm really happy to do so. (To be clear on this I'm so incredibly happy and grateful. ^_^)

In all honesty there are still a lot more things that Dad and I could use for the apartment. Not to mention there's still a lot of cleaning and unpacking that still needs to be done, but at least we now have good start.
