Anime Of the Week
We're moving in a new direction. Now once a week for the next 44 or more weeks, I'll be detailing anime that I own in alphabetical order. So if you're looking for a new anime, look here.
Cars are a pain.
OK so this morning at 10:20 ish I got into my car to go home, but I had to come back at 12 so I could go to a meeting. Well I got in my car and tried to start it, she tried to start but the battery was almost dead. (ugh) I stood there for a few minutes to think about what I would do, and a friend said he could jump my car to get it going. Well that worked I got back to my apartment at araound 10:30.

At 11 I decided I better go see if the car would start, nothing, the battery was gone. So I walked the mile to class ina dress shirt and long pants (it's preety hot right now so it was a very unpleasant walk) The meeting started at 12:15 and got over with about 1 or so. I sat around school for an hour and a half until my Japanese heart class which got done at 3:30.

I walked home, again in my dress shirt and long pants (ugh) and decided I would walk the 5 miles to Wal-Mart to get a new battery and a tool set so I could chnge it.

I walked about a third of the way there and somebody offered me a ride. crying biggrin
I got to wal-Mart paid the 102 dollars for the battery and an adjustable wrench and came home.

I got home and got to work on my car. The wrench I got was a piece of junk )it was really cheap So I guess I couldn't expect much) I got the battery cover off and got the wires loose but I couldn't reach the bolt holding the battersy down well enough to get it off. Some guys that live in my building offered some tools they had and I finally got the battery loose and changed.

This whole ordeal has taught me some things:
A, When your car doesn't want to start in the morning, it's not tired, the battery is low.
2, When you buy tools to fix your car, make sure how everything is set up so you will know what tools to buy.
C, If you're having trouble working on your car in a public place (I live in an apartment complex) look really pitiful and people will offer fo help you.

tommorow I'll probably take my car to a mechanic to make sure everything is working right. I'm pretty sure my alternator is fine(cause the car ran fine after I got the jump from my friend) but I want to make sure.

If you've had car trouble, send me a message of comment or something, so we can compare notes. cool
