To begin with, the Shrewsbury Renaissance Faire was great. I went down a week early to help set up the fair from the ground up while camping on site. There were many instances where I was to perform hard labor or even more where I stayed away from yellow jacket nests that were inconveniently build inside the trailers we use to store our equipment. In any case, setup went rather smoothly.
The nights were absolutely beautiful. Since we were building the fair in the countryside where there was no light pollution, we had the pleasure of seeing the starry sky in all its magnificence. There were many stars, constellations (I learned at least one new one), satellites, shooting stars, Jupiter was in the sky, and you could see the Milky Way. Needless to say, I was awed by their beauty.
The actual event was pretty good. We had the usual list of vendors as well as some new one, there were jousts done by the Seattle Knights (I think that was the name) sweatdrop , many people (Including myself) dressed up in period clothing, and there was all sorts of entertainers, magicians, jugglers, and storytellers there to keep the people entertained. The only bad things to happen were the huge windstorms on the days of the fair and the forest fire that had taken place a long ways away.
Whoo... thats a lot... but I'm still not done. sweatdrop
Upon my return, I was saddened that Barton placed third in the water war and entered in a random Pokemon tourney. Otherwise I spent my time relaxing and hanging out on Gaia Rallys until ...
The Bee event, I immediately dropped all I was doing to milk it of what I could. After some difficulty, I was able to get in when I found Fleep, one of Gaia's admin, surveying what problem was occurring in the Cinamas. I was surprised how receptive he was to the community he was and how he acted just like us normal Gaians. Anyways, the movie didn't work and he left to go fix it. Eventually the movies started working and the items were bought, sold, traded, and evaluated.
That pretty much sums up these last few weeks, but if you get the chance, please visit my deviant site and tell me how I am doing. I always appreciate the comments that you people have to give.

Days in a Gaian's life
This is my journal where I'll post whatever important, common drivel, or Otaku-ness things I find on Gaia or in reality.
"Fire only lasts as long as it is lit, burning itself out in the wavering cinders of what it was. It is the wind that ever so gracefully dances with it's surroundings, making a beautiful display which others may join in it's grace."-Chaotix Bluix
