Today I had a big job interview at the National Wildlife Federation.

CptGreedle was so nice in giving me a ride to the interview and we were actually early eek it was quite the amazing feat on CptGreedle's half. THANK YOU CPTGREEDLE! xd I only hope to do another amazing feat by doing well in the job interview.

The position is called Production Coordinating assistant, it looked like something I could do, which was basically keept track of where the educational merchandise goes, pack some of it and work on the layout for the catalog. They've also mentioned that their busy season is from now through June sweatdrop

I think the Interview went rather smoothly. I found myself asking questions while they were explaining the job which is somethng I don't usually do at interviews. Also I had some questions prepared from the night before.

Yet they still almost stomped me on the question "What sort of career are you looking into? Why do you want to work for us?"
I told them that I was interested in animating and that I'm currently doing that in my internship. Then basically said I feel I can apply my skills well here. I hope that's the sort of answer they were looking for confused

I reallly do hope I get this job it looks like a wonderful place to work. In front of the building there are plants growing up the wall and also there was a pond/lil waterfall near the entrance. In fact there was a little bridge going to the entrance door.

Later that day.
It was a typical Lab Monitoring day. Not much trouble... but the something was bothering me. You see on Monday a student gave a yellow folder and a purple folder, basically placed it on the teacher's desk (which at the time was me...check the previous entry for further detail on that day). I was not sure what to do with it and accidently forgot it there. I found out later that night that I did not bring them home, I thought he wanted me to give it to his teacher. When I got to the lab today the folders weren't there and I thought I was going to be in trouble. Then later I found out that the folders were really from one of the students in the Wednesday lab. Boy did I feel so relieved when he told me.

During the lab a student was having trouble with Alpha channels saying it doesn't show up when she opens it. I thought it was peculiar at first but then remembered vaguely that it was not ment to show up. Then I decided to look up in the book what exactly it was used for. Basicially it was used for isolating parts of an image, for masking etc.
