I learned today that sometimes it pays to see what pokemon offered on the GTS are holding, particularly when the requests seem odd.
On a whim today I made a search for Magikarp, just to laugh at the stupid requests. As expected most wanted legendaries for their weak magicarps, one wanted a Turtwig starter for his level four magikarp. But one offer in particular stood out. It was a level 18 magikarp, and the guy offering it wanted a dragonair level 90 or higher, what made it stand out from the rest however was the hold item said magikarp held. An Enigma Berry. And to be entirely honest, if I had a lvl 90+ dragonair, I would have traded in with the guy in a heartbeat.

in other news, the guild is prepping for a tournament. Everyone that enters will be getting a free Totodile, and if that isn't enough to make you want to join the tournament, then perhaps the grand prize will: One of each Kanto starter. The details are in the guild. And since the guild is public, everyone can read it. Good stuff. ^^
