Sitting there waiting;
waiting for the sun to rise;
waiting for the silence;
waiting for some noise;
waiting her life to begin;
waiting for her first true love;
waiting for that teenage boy, who will become her knight;
waiting for her chance to become Cinderella;
waiting for those three words that she'll never hear him say;
waiting for a broken heart;
waiting for those hot and salty tears to slide down her face;
waiting for the truth;
waiting for the rain to come, so it will only go;
waiting to stop feeling numb, so she can finally let it go;
waiting for her life to end, but she has a while to go;
waiting for the sun to set.
You will always be waiting if you wait for simple things.
Go out in the world and let them come,
as you do the best of things.
