Now day's
People are sad, evil and cruel
Every time they talk it leads to a duel
They're feelings are like raven's
Dark like their conversations
Can't feel what they harm
Don't care for alarm
They are the bump in the night
The invisible bugs that bite
Even their sadness can burn like hell fire
You wouldn't be able to tell by their attire
If bad guys were marked, like in your story books
All we would have to do is look
They could have a scar
Big, white and far
Across their face or an eye patch
Hiding what your own eyes don't catch
Too bad they aren't marked or dark
Like a money shark
But

What if there was was a winner
Someone who forgave all sinners
What if they had a wonderful feeling
Made you want to go higher than the ceiling
Go into the sky
On dove's wings fly
Take you to the place, where evil has faded
Somewhere were life isn't so complicated
What if that someone came along
Made all fear, pain, darkness gone
And they could cast that evil aside
And they let you know you could survive
What peace that would be
Could that person...be me?

City's fall, homes burn
People's back they turn
They don't care
Too greedy to share
The chance of murder rise...
Could happen to you, with no goodbyes
Could get mentally harmed
Feel like a charm
But that evil is still there, ready to kill
Ready to hurt...to make ill
There are always people ready to hate
Close the shutters, lock the gate
Love should open doors, not tighten lock
Hope was the last thing out of Pandora's box
Or did it even come out?
It was probably left to cry and shout
But

You see people cry
Know their families die
They are in so much pain
Who could gain
From this wretched fate?
Is it too late?
To see the light, thats always been there
To be the be the person, who actually cared
To not need a hero, be one yourself
Protect good with the gracefullness of an elf
Dance around evil and anger
Cover the cold with warm, soft fur
The animals may kill, but not from greed
The animal kill, only what they need.
They share the extra
From the hard tundra to a softer texture
