After you make your order, an Order Confirmation Mail will be sent to you.
If you do not receive this confirmation mail within one week of making the order, please contact us.

Please Note:
- On the day of the concert at the front desk, you will exchange your ticket payment (cash) with the actual ticket.
- Please print-out the Order Confirmation Mail and bring it with you.
- A passport will be necessary as identification in order to receive your concert ticket(s).
