So I beat ya'll know this site, and I must say I find it better then youtube.
It hasn't many videos like Youtube since it's not as famous like it, but you can upload and load fast entire episodes and movies. It's so much praticall then being jumping from video to video, each with like 9 minutes, to see an episode of any series, or to see a movie.
So go here, it's really nice =)
