The Anime Expo (held at Longbeach, California) was tons of fun.
I highly suggest you go next year.
It started on Friday (June 29th) and ended today (July 2nd).
Admission is $30 on Saturday and $25 on Friday and Sunday (For one day only).
There was a Gaia booth were there sold the following:
-Orly Hat
-AFK Hat (Quickly sold out)
-OMG Hat
-Kiki Plushie
-Water Meat Plushie
-Tentacles
-Many different T-shirts
-3 different keychains (Kiki, Gwee, and something else)
-Free posters xD
-And more!
If you bought an item at about 2:00 you could spin a wheel to win a really good prize. Sadly, we missed that. But the prizes on the wheel looked really good. Like Kikis, Staff of the Angels, Halos, etc.
For some reason they put labtops there for the people to log on to their Gaia.
They held some Gaia events too including the following:
-Gaia Trvia Contest
-Art Portfolio Review
-Wheel Spin
-Official Gaia Sponsored Dance
-Autograph Session
-Gaia Panel
-Official Gathering
-Art Contests
And of course, prizes were given out throughout most of these.
It seemed like the main event was the art. There was a huge hallway full of it. They sold posters, buttons, stickers, keychains, book marks, fan manga (doujinshi)and more! It's a Yaoi fan's dream come true. I'd say about 75% of the couple art was Yaoi. Comissioning could be done at really cheap prices too.
So... to sum stuff up:

-Places were too seperated
-Too much walking
-Food costed WAY too much (WTF, a slice of cheese pizza costs $7.50?!?!)
