Over the next few weeks Karo slowly started explaining everything to me. It seems I had no reason to fear what I was because both Karo and my uncle were vampires and they had been so good to us. I guess it just like people you never know which ones are truly evil from the outside. Karo also taught me how to feed without injuring and even how to not make people realize. It was shocking but it was very helpful. He was a good teacher and unfortunately he never took advantage of me. At the time we both considered me a married woman.
