I mentioned my problems to my husband and he said that if he did not live there he would not be able to help them the way he does. I am still not exactly sure how he helps them. I know he gives a few jobs as servants, but really how does that help our people. Anyways we continued our normal life. I really didnt have much to do so I started teaching myself to read. I slept as late as I wanted and stayed up all night. It was fantastic. One thing that concerned me was that I was rarely hungry. I thought maybe I was ill but our butler said it was probably just new wedding bliss. I wasn't sure about bliss but life was ok. I missed my family and Karo.
After awhile I noticed my husband brought home new staff constantly, but I rarely saw them afterwards. I am not sure what they did but they always seemed happy to be there.
