One Day

Luray (loo-ray) trudged through the snow. She was freezing! It wasn't fair that she was put in charge of taking care the animals... when she didn't even have one of her own! Her four brothers and sisters each had a horse, cow, pig, cat, and dog... and they were theirs to keep! Luray didn't have anything besides a big raggedy anne doll that was missing an eye and needed a stitch on her right leg. Her mother, father, sisters, and brothers each had FIVE pets! She felt so horrible. She was short for her age, very skinny, and petless! "One Day," said Luray, "I'll have more than any of them! they will bow down to me and..." Luray was interupted by her sister, Petunia, yelling, "LU-RAY-AY!!! HAVE YOU FINISHED FEEDING MY DEAR DANNY-KINS? YOU KNOW, SHE GETS VERY HUNGRY DURING THE SNOW STORM IF NO ONE FEEDS HER." Luray sighed. She hated being yelled at by her stupid girly sister.
"Well, i haven't even gotten to the stables yet! but be my guest! i'm sure you would be get there before me in your high..." luray stopped and whispered, " hells."
"Sorry, LuLu," said Petunia, "I can't." Luray heard the door open and slam shut. She sighed. "One Day." She reminded her self.
