My real name is Helen Katie Matthews.
When i was born my real mother didn't care for me at all. she left me with strangers and left me alone with just one bottle of milk a day. when i was 3 months old she tryed to feed me with-some beef and onion pie but i was to young to have it. she smoked and drinked and left my alone for along time with other people. My real father was already married to another woman and he already had a girl with her, he didn't want to know me at all. i was adopted in to a family that cared about me so much but when my mother came in she said *I want her back when she is 7 years old* but she never came back to get me. my mother and father now who i live with went to fight for me in court for 3 long years. i was told that my real mother told lies about my new family saying that they dressed me in rags and things but they wasn't true at all. in the end my family now won and I'm happy living with my new home. every day i thank god for being with them. heart .
A few years ago i felt really sick. I felt tired all the time , cold and in pain. the doctors told me after i ran a test on me that i had a illness called raynaud's disease. it affects the blood flow around the body. also i don't have much iron in my blood. i have to take tablets for my raynaud's and my iron for the rest of my life.
