I will always read them and reply to them no matter how random they may be.I have added quit a mix of songs to my profile for your enjoyment or to your dismay. If you happen to look through the list of songs you notice that I am a bit of a ska fan. Some of you may not know what ska is, and to that I shake my head at you. However for those that are ignorent, ska is a genre of music that began in the 60's. It started as a very upbeat Jazz scene in Jamaca. The young adult crowd took to this music like it was a religion. Before long it made it's way to New Orleans. It didn't really take off in America at the time however it made it's way accross the ocean to Britain. There in GB in the 70's ska took off once again. The movement focused on unity amongst blacks and whites. This scene in GB was refered to as the two tone movement which was named after a record company called two tone records. In the 90's ska was reborn! This movement is refered to as the ska revival scene. It become quit popular and it even made it's way into pop culture. Such as in one of the earlier Tony Hawk games, Superman by Goldfinger was inserted as a track in the game. Some say that Ska is dead, while others say it still remains in the hearts of true ska lovers.
