So let me see, where do I begin? Hmmmm, I am twenty years old. I am training to be a Chef, and am working my butt off to do that. I am a nerd and am proud of that fact. My apartment is covered in Manga and Final Fantasy. I am a very unique person, am in a class of my own.

I actually don't get asked too much about guilds.

In roleplaying guilds, active, friendly, and people that seem friendly are fundamental. A lot of them. You can always go about recruiting in Barton ooc with a recruiting thread, or you can check out some threads in Barton Town and pick out the good RPers to invite into your guild. It is also important to have an active and responsible crew who will also take part in the roleplaying, and who will help invite people. Be sure you stick to your word with promises, and make sure everyone follows rules, but not with an iron fist. Everyone needs an empathetic captain. (:
