Hello. I think the best word to use in conjunction with my personality is REPRESSED. And everyone knows the only cure for the REPRESSED is the Internet. So if I'm cynical, petty and all-round OBNOXIOUS, just remember that I'm compensating here. Have pity on the Goat.

This includes Evanescence, British India, Bloc Party, the Postal Service, Arctic Monkeys, Death Cab for Cutie, Muse, the Killers, Bridgemary Kiss, Architecture in Helsinki, the Audition, Kisschasy, the Getaway Plan, Cut Copy, Panic at the disco, the Mares, the Paper Scissors, Escape the Fate, Brand New, Cassette Kids, Sufjan Stevens, Cold War Kids, 30 seconds to mars, Damien Rice, the Klaxons, Operator Please, Bluejuice...depends on my mood, really.
I <3 MOVIES! Best watched with friends, of course. Let's see... V for Vendetta, the Red Shoes (my first Korean horror movie!), Closer, Benny & Joon, I'm a Cyborg but that's OK, Sweeney Todd, Girl with a Pearl Earring, the Virgin Suicides, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Pan's Labyrinth, Little Miss Sunshine, I heart huckabees, Chocolat, Monty Python and the Holy Grail any other Monty Python, Amelie, Underworld 1 & 2, Short Circuit, the Resident Evil movies, Cruel Intentions, Blood and Chocolate. To name a few.
I have a few fav TV shows as well- Black Books (*drools in the general direction of the Irish*), Skins, Jekyll, the Vicar of Dibley, Scrubs, Spicks and Specks, Life on Mars, the Chaser's War on Everything and Shaun the Sheep (teehee).
I <3333333333333333333 BOOKS! I'm not going to even bother listing them, cos there are JUST SO MANY, but I love them, I really do. However, like many of my fellow REPRESSED, I have a strong opinion on everything, made even stronger because of this lack of communication. And books- books I hold in very high esteem, in the very best of opinions. Because of this, I take every bad book as a personal affront- a disgrace to the holy art of literature.
The latest such affront (overtaking the works of a certain J.K Rowling) are the TWILIGHT books- made EVEN WORSE by the fact that they're of the vampire genre, another favourite disgraced. And yes- PLURAL. Because Ms. Meyer had the NERVE/SHEER STUPIDITY to write more than one Twilight book. My god- just thinking of the woman and her vile paper ink spawn make my talons contract and my horns twitch.
...Alright, perhaps I exaggerate. Just the horns. But you get the point- I HATE HATE HATE HATE those "books."
I thirst for KNOWLEDGE. At the moment, this thirst is directed toward anime/manga, as yet uncharted territory for yours truly. So SATIATE my thirst, recommend anime!

I love a verbal spar/argument/challenge from someone as pigheaded as myself. Petty, I know, antagonising people for my own pleasure. I appreciate a good enemy even more than a good friend! I find enemies more entertaining...they're certainly more honest.
Having said this, I am only malicious to those who provoke it, and really do enjoy talking to people. So what are you waiting for?
