Its ok, I only know that because I get nosebleeds too. lol Big ones! The best way to stop them is with a cold cloth on the nape of your neck (by the hairline on the back of your neck) that cools the blood going up to the brain and eases the pressure faster.

Yep, if you have too much pressure in your brain, it releases pressure through nose bleeds. People normally get nose bleeds during or after periods of great stress/anxiety. Its a good thing, otherwise you'd have a stroke or something worse.
