you could always try opening crates. almost every crate that ive opened thats surrounded by ANCHOR BUGS have fins in them.

surfboard fins are dropped by the animated [Sand Golems or Water Spouts] at Gold Beach on zOMG! i think some other areas of zOMG! have animated that drop surfboard fins, but i've only been to Gold Beach, so i wouldn't know. I hope that helps you. If you don't get much luck, I'll be happy to donate to you. =]]

Rings got before December 2008 can be sold because they aren't soulbound, all the rings you get know into the game are soulbound and can't be sold or traded, if you use a not locked ring into the game this ring will be also soulbound, there are some topics about it into the forums if you wanna check them out to know more about it.
