Update on MY life... hmmmmmmm lessee...
I've been working my crazy little butt off for the past week and a half, trying to play catch-up after a MISERABLE first half of the semester. Over spring break I wrote two essays and then I came back and wrote a third one, I've done a ton of reading and writing, and now I have probably a hundred pages of research to read on the subject of gay marriage, which is the topic of my final project for English. You wouldn't think there'd be 50-page academic research papers published in fancy-schmancy professional journals on the subject of gay marriage, BUT THERE ARE. AND I USED A SCARY AMOUNT OF PRINTER POINTS ON THAT RESEARCH. In addition to writing a paper about it, I'm going to write a parody of the song "Infected" from my new favorite movie, Repo! The Genetic Opera. And I'm going to make a music video to go with it. And the song and video will discuss the issue of gay marriage. Crazy, eh? It's going to be FUN, I've never done anything like that before. Also, I went to a club on Friday night, with Bryce and a friend of his, and it was... A LOT OF FUN. Basically a goth club, and I was essentially a raver attempting to look somewhat gothy, and I talked to people and danced and HAD FUN. And then I was at Denny's and a girl that I had talked to at the club was kinda blatantly hitting on me, which was kinda awkward but very, very flattering... I'm not used to that kind of attention, especially from girls... Ummm yeah. I'm going back there this Friday because there's a pirate-themed event and I'm not passing that one up, ahaha. Bryce will keep me safe, don't you worry none. I'm also fixin' to get my learner's permit renewed on Friday. Speaking of which, how are you and driving getting along? I can't remember if you've gotten your permit or what.
AWESOME that you've gotten into colleges and already made up your mind! AND that you're getting a lot of money from Susquehanna! CONGRATS~ And pooie on those places that don't think you're good enough for them. You're mah bus buddy. You're awesome. o.o;;
Owwie wowwie, that soccer business sounds like it was a pain, no pun intended.
AND I HAD NO BLOODY CLUE THAT CHAD ASKED YOU OUT. Nor Daiyaan... Dude, that's an incredibly random pair of people to have asked you out. And yeah, I heard about that neverending assembly thing, why exactly did they have to extend first period for it/not let it end? That's weird.
Cats... That's one I have yet to see... I really want to though. Cats and Les Miz. I need to see those, someday. SOMEDAAAAAAY OVER THE RAINBOW.
