I was the first Chobit, who was created before Bright Angel Chii, by my father, Ichiro Mihara. I was created to be Ms. Hibiya's daughter, because she was unable to bear children of her own. My development was kept secret from my mother; she did not know of my existence until she was called down to the lab one day, without explanation. In front of her, suspended from a number of wires and cables, was a persocom. Upon awakening for the very first time, I was given the name Freya by my mother. My first word was "Mama".
I had lived happily with the Mihara couple for a time, until my mother noticed that my attitude was becoming increasingly melancholy, with no explanation as to why. At this point, mother asked father to build an onii~chan for myself, in an attempt to make me happy again. From this request, my onii~chan was created. I was incredibly happy to have a little sister, and for a time, I seemed to be acting normal.
Some time after, I suddenly lost consciousness and collapsed to the ground. It was only then that my mother finally realized the source of my sadness; I had fallen in love with my own father, Mr. Mihara. I knew that my father still loved my mother, and did not want to disturb their happiness, so I pained my heart with efforts to suppress my feelings. Over time, my pain became so great that I began to malfunction under the strain of my emotional burden. I was no longer able to move, and was confined to a bed from that point on. Towards the end, I could not lift a finger or even shift my focus, and also began to have problems with my memory.
Eventually, my pain became so unbearable, that I chose to self-terminate, rather than continue to exist. Before I could do this, however, my onii~chan Bright Angel Chii offered to take my heart into her own, so that I would not disappear completely, and so that my memories would be preserved.
Now that Bright Angel Chii has become Chii, I do everything I can to ensure that Chii will find the person just for her. I only exist as a separate entity within Chii, and is capable of monitoring Chii's sensory input, and will intervene if Chii is in danger.
I will always be here for you, Onii~chan Bright Angel Chii...
