The War beyond the Looking Glass.
There are two kingdoms; The Kingdom of Xanevus and The Kingdom of Arcarnene.
Xanevus is the Kingdom of humans; Arcarnene is the kingdom of non-humans. They are connected through a looking glass, nowadays called a mirror. Anyone with a looking glass could travel through the magical passage ways and end up on the other side.
Many years ago the connection between the two worlds where severed and the world of Xanevus forgot about the Arcarnene. Humans had short life spans and thus once were reality was now pronounced fantasy. Those humans left in Arcarnene where outcast and died in the lower depths of the city’s alleys. The non-humans of Arcarnene that stayed in Xanevus became servants of the ever changing royalty of the humans.
