The dialouge is drab, the actions boring, and the general "plot", stupid.
OKAY, YOU DON'T MAKE TWO OR MORE PART WEEKLY COMICS.

They fall under the category of short, free-standing bits of enertainment, and should not be distributed into more than one verse.
There is an exception, for this, however.
It occurs when both (or more) parts of the comic are humorous.
And so they fail.
