Today i have keeped on doing exercise for 2 weeks and has it's benefits. I normally do sretching first to loosen up and then start the exercise. Don't wanna get stiff later. So now i am doing lots of sit-ups, push-ups, some weight for bisceps, and other things. I hope in a few time span i will get better at training and be able to tolerate the burn so i may be able to last longer.
In exercise i like the extra stamina i gain, plus i get hungry after my exercise. Time for some healthy food!
