Recently on a airplane ride of 5 hours back home I had a young boy of 11 sit next to me. He had his pc games, puzzles and other things to occupy his time. But he insisted on talking to me. I sat next to the window looking down at the ground and amazing at the view. He shared a view of flying I never really thought of, he said to me, "When he flew for the first time when he was younger, he noticed something was missing from his window view of the world below. He shared with me that in school on maps different regions were broken up by states, cities and countries. But when he was flying and looking down he was puzzled, he asked his parents where were the lines?" His parents didnt know what he was talking about. What lines they asked? He replied the lines that showed the different cities below like on a map." See he as a child looked for the lines of the world like on maps dividing cities, states and countries." He today laughed at his question. " I thought, perhaps, that was the point for all humans to consider. There are no lines, only land and water, and perhaps that is what God intended.
