Tonight I did the routine drive down to our local Stewarts so we could get some more milk and crap. Little did I know what a hell of a drive this was going to turn into, or else I would have declined.

Instead of heading directly home we took the "get ourselves absolutely lost on bad roads" route. Yeah, this was NOT my idea for the record book, it was Dad's. >.>"

It was okay at first, I didn't mind it. We drove all around and got to see the lake, I learned a few new roads, thought my horn was broken but it wasn't because I tried to beep at Ally's house. Yeah, it was pretty good. And then we hit the road.

This road is worse than shitty. Shitty can't describe this road. In fact, no words can describe this road. It started off as pavement, but it had deep ruts on either side of it, and it was twisty-turvy. I had to laugh because there was no official speed limit signs, but there were suggested speed limit signs for bends. They said 30mph. I don't think I ever went about 25mph. u.u""

And then it happened. WE LOST PAVEMENT! O_O It was gravel and mud and I swear I thought we were going to die. I was doing 10mph maximum over this gravel because I swear it was going to bounce us right into the lake on either side of us if I went any faster. I drove down this for what seemed like FOREVER.

And you know what Dad told me while I was complaining? And thinking we were dead meat? "Hey, gotta have a little adventure in your life." XP I'll pass on that kind thank you.

Then we hit pavement again, but for some reason it was bumpy and full of pits. And we also found a speed limit sign that said 25mph. No need to tell me that buddy, I'm doing 15mph! I think the mud was the best driving area on that road. u.u" And I was driving down the middle for a lot of it because highbeams weren't enough for this black. It was the kind of black with trees and water that made you think a ghost was just going to run right out in front of you. Of course, it'd more likely be a deer but still, it was not fun.

I have never been more thankful to be home ever. I wouldn't even want to drive that road in the DAYLIGHT. And the sad thing is, it was fairly busy. I passed five cars, and had to pull over for one who was able to do at least 40mph. >.<"" Never, ever, ever, EVER again.

I'm permanently traumatized. And I thought the near-death expirience was bad. *sweatdrop*
